Have you ever wanted to share your Stitch Crafts Gold or Stitch
Crafts Pro charts with family and friends? Email the chart you're working
on to your partner? Start a website where you could display and distribute
your charts to customers? Well, now you can, using the Stitch Crafts Viewer
program for Windows and Macintosh.
Available for both Windows and Macintosh, Stitch Crafts Viewer (SCV) is a freely distributed program for viewing and printing Stitch Crafts Gold (Windows) and Stitch Crafts Pro (Macintosh) project files. The Windows version can also import and print the original Stitch Grapher and Stitch Grapher Plus charts. The Macintosh version is compatible with all versions of Stitch Crafts and Stitch Crafts Pro projects. Since SCV is freeware, now anyone can view and print charts that were created on Stitch Crafts Gold or Stitch Crafts Pro even if they don't own the original design program.

Once downloaded onto your computer, simply run it from Windows and follow
the installation instructions. Once installed, the Stitch Crafts Viewer
program, called scv.exe, can be used to view and print any Stitch
Crafts Gold project. Although SCV is easy and intuitive to use, there is
extensive online help included.
There is no restriction as to the method of distribution of the scvsetup.exe
program. You may attatch the program to email, send it on a disk or provide
it for download on your own website. The only stipulation is that it be
distributed for FREE. If you have a web page, you may provide a link to
this page, or just provide a link to www.compucrafts.com/scvsetup.exe
on your own page. Or just tell your friends and customers to navigate
to this page (www.compucrafts.com/CCSCV.html) for downloading the scvsetup.exe
program.

Stitch Crafts Pro Viewer v1.0. The program downloads as a single file
-- SCPViewer.sea.hqx. Once downloaded onto your computer, simply
double-click on it to "unstuff" the files. A folder will be created
called SCP Viewer. T he Stitch Crafts Pro Viewer program in the
folder can be used to view and print any Stitch Crafts Pro or earlier Stitch
Crafts project. Although SCV is easy and intuitive to use, there is a User's
Guide included.

There are absolutely no restrictions on this :-). To share the chart, provide
a link to the corresponding Stitch Crafts Gold project file (<xxx>.scw)
so it can be downloaded to your friend's computer. Finally, tell your friends
how to download the free Stitch Crafts Viewer program which they will need
to display and print the charts they get from your web site. If you wish
to display your charts on your web site, just export them to a BMP file
from Stitch Crafts Gold. You'll need to convert the BMP file to a GIF format
using a third party graphics conversion program, such as the popular shareware
program "PaintShop Pro". Once converted to GIF format, you can
include them as a picture on your web page.
